Common Questions

Can I install the eSIM without WiFi?

No — eSIM installation downloads the carrier profile from the internet. Use home WiFi, a coffee shop, or airport WiFi before departure.

What if I lose the QR code?

Contact support at [email protected] and we'll resend it. You can also install using the manual activation code included in your email.

Does installing an eSIM affect my regular number?

No. Your regular SIM continues to work for calls, texts, and (if you disable data roaming) nothing else. The eSIM handles data separately.
