What makes a phone compatible?
- eSIM support — iPhone 13 or newer, Samsung S20 or newer, Pixel 4 or newer, or recent flagship Android. manaMOBILE is eSIM‑first.
- Unlocked — your phone must not be carrier‑locked to another network. If you bought it through a carrier on an installment plan, it may be locked until paid off.
- US bands — the phone must support US LTE/5G bands (especially Band 71 for T‑Mobile, Band 13 for Verizon). Most US‑market phones do; some international models don’t.
- Physical SIM — available by request if your phone doesn’t support eSIM. Concierge service with limited availability.
