Dual eSIM capable
SIM Manager → Add eSIM → scan. Can run 2 eSIMs active at once. These are the easiest Samsungs to set up — no restrictions.
US: 1 active eSIM
US models can store multiple eSIMs but only ONE active at a time. To switch to manaMOBILE, disable your old carrier's eSIM in SIM Manager first, then add ours.
Single eSIM slot
Only 1 eSIM slot. If you already have another carrier's eSIM, open SIM Manager → tap the existing eSIM → Remove. Then add manaMOBILE. Your physical SIM in the tray is separate and stays active.
Fold 5+: dual eSIM
Fold 5/6 support dual eSIM. Earlier Folds and all Flips have single eSIM. Same setup steps as the S series — SIM Manager → Add eSIM.
Single eSIM slot
One eSIM only. If that slot is in use, remove the existing eSIM first. Same steps as S20/S21 — SIM Manager → Add mobile plan.
Single eSIM (region dependent)
US models may or may not have eSIM — check Settings → Connections → SIM Manager. If you don't see "Add eSIM," your A-series doesn't support it.
This means your phone doesn't support eSIM, or your carrier has disabled it. Try: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager. If "Add eSIM" isn't there, your phone is physical-SIM only. You can order a physical SIM from us.
Each QR code works once. If you scanned it already or deleted the eSIM, you'll need a new one — contact support and we'll regenerate it immediately. Also check: are you on WiFi? eSIM download needs internet.
Restart your phone. If still no service, go to SIM Manager, tap the manaMOBILE eSIM, and make sure it's turned ON. Also check Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Select automatically.
Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → tap the old eSIM → Remove. This only deletes the eSIM from your phone — it doesn't cancel your line. You can always re-add it later from your old carrier.
Yes! Port your number to manaMOBILE, and it becomes your only line on the eSIM. Your physical SIM tray stays free. If you want to keep two active numbers on a single-eSIM Samsung, keep one carrier on a physical SIM and put manaMOBILE on the eSIM.
