What you'll need from Verizon Prepaid

Transfer PIN

#PORT or My Verizon Prepaid app. Some prepaid lines accept the legacy 4-digit account PIN as the transfer PIN if NTP generation fails. Wait 15 minutes after disabling Number Lock.

PIN valid for: 7 days

Account Number

Often your phone number itself, or an alternate from My Verizon Prepaid app.

Disable Port-Out Protection

Verizon Prepaid has port-out protection turned ON by default. You must disable it before we can port your number.
